Falcyra The Feather-Crowned Indulgence
"Falcyra? Oh aye, the uh, The Feather-Crowned Indulgence. You had best be keeping your wits about you if you wander toward her lands.
I hear tell that the earth there breathes sweeter than it ought to. And the fruit off that land is lacquered in the very sunset that graces the place. I've seen only a few pieces myself, but the fruit from that place. Fit for giants. Pomegranates like the size of yer head.
And what's more I hear, she walks them rows as though each tree, bush, and blade were a courtier bowing to 'er. Lovely as a midsummer hush, she is, but mind you don’t take her kindness for any kind of softness.
It's known well that the soil favors her… and it remembers who does not belong to stand on it long before they've been returned to it."
Appearance
Falcrya is Duanann by all count and measure, though she is built like the giants rather than the lithe and willowy kin she traces her origin to. She stands a full head taller than most of her kin, as though the land itself born her rather than any Duanann.
It perhaps blessed her in such a way, with broad hips to anchor her stance, thighs as powerful as rooted trunks, with arms capable of lifting stone troughs without strain, to prepare her for the gift of her affinity.
When she settles in place, one hip often juts towards the one she addresses, chin lifted just so, posture open but commanding as a Duanann sovereign entirely at ease in her own indulgent abundance.
Her hair is kept short, falling just above her shoulders. Carefully cut in a practical way to avoid tangles but flattering still. The most prominent color is akin to faded wheat, sun-softened rather than golden-bright. Through which vertical stripes of cobalt blue descend from scalp to tip in equal space.
The pattern is precise, deliberate, and unmistakable like the rows of her orchard. From the crown of her head emerge two long cranial feathers, flowing down past her shoulders to brush the lower part of her back. Both are colored in iridescent teal, emerald, cobalt, and bronze that shift subtly with her movements and moods. Each bearing the unmistakable eye-patterning that can tempt a being into looking away from her eyes.
Her eyes are almost like the sun brought to ground. Her amber-orange irises burning warmly against dark sclera that carry an ever-present, though subtle glow to them. Like a steady ember of pride that is described as both assessing and intimate.
Her skin carries scattered patches of course texture, as though feathers should be present but are missing for whatever reason. Across her shoulders, upper arms, flanks, and outer thighs however lie flat, sleek feathers in diminutive size. Their color shifting in iridescent tones of teal, violet, and deep blue when sunlight catches them just right.
More often than not, she can be found lounging against warm stone terraces or reclining along low orchard walls. Appearing as though she is resting, but quietly enjoying the feeling of the living things around her. When wind passes, she tilts her face towards it and closes her eyes as though savoring. Even in stillness, she appears to be enjoying something.
Be it warmth, a fragrance, or attention yet to be announced.

Personality
Falcyra is manicured pride, tempered by the price of her affinity. Expressed in subtle ways. Living in the slight lift of her chin when speaking to others. The slow nature of her gestures as if the earth itself is moving. The silence she will allow to stretch until another fills it.
Taking measure of those around her with the same eye that she takes stock of the soil. Of the untapped potential, resilience, and most importantly, the sweetness.
Should one be gifted with a smile, it is never overdone and often paired with quiet amusement as though there is an understanding that is not being shared.
It is indulgence that defines her, though it lacks decadence. Described most thoroughly as sensory appreciation for the moment that surrounds her.
A languid stretch beneath the sun drenched boughs, or similarly atop sun warmed stones beside the ever-flowing river. The feeling of fingers across the ripened fruit before it is split open. The deep scents hidden within the river cooled air.
Often seen as though draped by some larger being across the stones ledges and orchard terraces, feeling the land beneath her as though she were an extension of it rather than tending it.
Around those beings smaller than herself, mortals or fae, she may delight herself with careful teasing through selective praise or a slice of a particular fruit as a test.
