Ena is roughly average height, lean body with slight muscle definition due to the physical training she had done with her father before she had been found. Waist length dark brown hair that is typically kept down, only while training would she bother to put it up. Pleasant features high cheekbones, full lips and captivating azure eyes. You’d likely never catch her in a dress, not even sure she had owned any before she was caught.

She is relatively fluent in swordwork and bow hunting. Having spent most of her free time training with her father to care for herself at some point.

Wild at heart, free spirited. Does not like to be kept in one place and has no trouble voicing such. Can come off as a snob, way too confident. When in truth she is an extremely shy person who seems to keep to herself more than not, usually isn’t the one to start a conversation and that seems to make others believe she thinks she’s better than them. Once you get to know her, she’s very caring, and would do anything for those she loves or considers friends. Yet since being caught and brought to the Academy, her personality has shifted and she’s become rather cold hearted, bitchy and just plain mean. Relatively smart for her age, which includes book smarts and common sense.

Ena was an only child and was born and raised in Vel Anir. She started showing signs of her abilities as early as 3 years old when she accidentally set their home on fire. It was then her parents decided that they would move to the outskirts of Vel Anir in hopes of keeping her hidden from the Dreadlords. Neither her mother or father wanted her to be thrown into such a life, nor could they even imagine giving her up and acting as if they’d never had a daughter. It was maybe a year later that they also discovered that she held the ability of shadow manipulation and knew then it would be only a matter of time before they were no longer able to keep her a secret and hidden away.

On the cusp of her 16th birthday they found her, she underwent the test or more so forced too. Once they discovered her abilities she was pulled from her parents and the transition would begin. Though, things didn't go as smoothly as they’d hoped. Her parents put up a fight, disregarding the funds that were offered and the painless transition it should have been. Seeing her parents in such despair, anger and sadness while trying to fight off the proctors, Ena would use whatever ability she could muster at the moment on them. Only it would seem that she only got as far as blasting fire towards one of the protectors before her abilities seemed null and void.

Ena watched in agony as she was escorted away while her parents were dragged back inside their home until they were posed no longer a threat. She was numb, mentally, emotionally numb as she watched her home, her safety fade from view. There was no telling what had happened to her parents or more what would happen, she only wished that she'd been able to give them both one last hug and a lengthy goodbye. Life as she once knew it was over and she had no intent on giving these.. people.. what they wanted. Ena’s parents had taught her at a young age what the dreadlords were and that they were not to be trusted. It wouldn’t be an easy task for them to break her from that or break her in general.
