Appearance

A rugged, broad-shouldered man with an air of quiet confidence. He has long, dark brown hair, often tied back, and a short beard. His gray eyes hold the weight of years far beyond his apparent age. Dressed in worn leather and practical traveling gear, he moves with a hunter’s grace, his posture always balanced and ready. Despite his leaner frame, he is far stronger than he looks, capable of feats of immense physical power.

Skills and Abilities

  • Extreme Strength: His strength vastly exceeds that of an ordinary man, allowing him to wield heavy weapons with ease and overpower much larger foes.
  • Durability: He can withstand blows and conditions that would cripple most people, his body seemingly tougher than normal flesh.
  • Fire Affinity: Resistant to extreme heat and flames, he can manipulate fire to some degree—whether igniting objects, shaping flames, or resisting burns.
  • Combat Mastery: A seasoned warrior, highly skilled in swordplay, archery, and survival tactics.
  • Outdated Knowledge: While his experience as a ranger is vast, all his knowledge seems strangely… old. Tactics, maps, and politics he recalls are decades out of date, yet he doesn’t appear old enough for that to be possible.

Personality

A man of few words, he speaks with the certainty of someone who has seen much of the world—though at times, his stories seem strangely anachronistic. His sense of humor is dry, often laced with irony. He carries himself with the confidence of a veteran, yet there’s a mystery in his demeanor, an unspoken truth beneath the surface. He does not fear fire, and at times, seems almost drawn to it.

Biography & Lore

Little is known about him beyond his claim to have once been an Allirian Ranger. He recounts tales of border wars and ancient bandit raids, of kings long past and battles few remember. The odd thing? Some of these events are verifiably real—but they took place fifty years ago.

He does not seem to be lying. But if his stories are true, then how does he appear no older than forty?
