Born as the youngest of 4 siblings, Eadwulf was not destined to rule over land or hold any major title, at best he was to going to be a knight or if he was particularly lucky an advisor to some more important noble but his father had already had plans for him.

At the age of 12, he was sent to the knights of Anathaeum to become a squire for the order, during his training at 15 an accident with a horse occurred, his shin and knee were completely shattered but with magical healing he was able able to be completely head though his leg wouldn't fully recover, having a limp unable to walk for longer than half an hour without rest, his prospects for a being frontline knight were crushed but he wouldn't allow himself to return home a failure.

He dedicated himself to becoming a healer for the order, he had no talent for magic so he stuck to physical healing dipping into both life and the Wild pursuits in his studies, as he grew in experience and in age he eventual became Knight Pursuant.
