Plaage Shodo is a bit of a mystery, but most of his wardrobe is heavy except for his masks, which he switches depending on the situation. In a fight, he uses the flat mask as not to provide any sort of leverage the bird one might. When healing or hurting in quieter, less...flagrant ways, he wears the bird one.

Plaage was always quiet and god-fearing, never breaking any rules. All his life, he worshipped Regel and only sought to help others. Well, that was until one day a robber broke into his office and accidentally knocked a bottle of chemicals onto him, leaving terrible scars and his throat injured to the point where even happy words would come out as a dull and gruff growl-stutter. He fell unconscious and was unable to hear his wife get murdered a little later when the poor dame ran into the robber ransacking the place. When he came to, an unimaginable rage overtook him and he realized that for the first time in years, he wanted to hurt and destroy. Looking up to the sky, he thanked Regel for showing him his fate and set out to become the law and prevent illegal scum from ever showing their heartless faces again. His deep anger is shown in his slight irritability even when speaking to allies and especially when someone finally burns through his admittedly long fuse. Some things from before pass on, and that includes his professionalism.
