Devrum, otherwise known as "The Butcher Bear" in other circles of society, is a man who exudes a silent strength.

How he walks, talks, just carries himself overall. It isn't misguided bravado to lure passing eyes. His movements and words are rarely ever wasted.

"The Butcher Bear" in another life was a man facing execution, his crimes beyond approach...justified by his estimation. He escaped this fate...numerous times.
