A nascent Dreadlord and burgeoning sword mistress, Cersi is above all else a seeker of truth. She longs for a greater sense of the world and her place in it.

Cersi is a tall, statuesque young woman, with thick blond hair and intense blue eyes given to glaring. She is more slender than curvy, but heavily muscled. Her skin is unblemished as a result of her power. She wears plate armor almost all the time, in a mix of gold and reds.

Tactile Telekinesis: Cersi can intuitively control with her mind any object she is touching with any part of her body, including herself, allowing for flight and complete control of her body. She can mimic superhuman strength and speed, even repel objects that strike her, almost like a ward, making her all but impervious to physical attacks. Energy based attacks are somewhat more effective. Her power grows as she grows. She firmly believes that one day she will be invincible.

Melee Combat: Cersi is prodigious with a sword and shield, though she prefers to wield two blades in combat. With her "strength", she can casually wield a claymore in each hand, and garb herself in raiment that would be impossible for anyone else to wear. In mid to long range engagements, she has trained in the use of the spear and the javelin, but generally prefers to use her overwhelming might in battle.

Cersi is competitive, solemn, and intense. Sharp tongued. Never forgets a slight. She has a strong sense of fairness, but she is not kind. She is deeply loyal to those she puts her trust in. She is merciless, but never cruel without reason.
