Standing at about 5 feet and 11 inches in height, Calias isnt the most imposing figure. Rugged in build, his body is almost perfectly built for the harsh and almost hellish conditions of his birthplace a frigid tundra with nearly no formal shelter. His skin is a mild tan in color which helps to maintain his overall body heat, combined with his large almost mop like messy black hair, he could almost look like he fit in and was bred for the cold. However his almost too perfect teeth that chatter constantly in frigid temperatures and his audible distaste for the climate betray this appearance. The iris's in his eyes are a pale and distinct grey, revealing his Kavosh nature and on a smaller scale his body hosts a number of scars, remnants and almost permanent reminders of the nature of as well as the dangers of his magical abilities. Two of these scars stand out more than the others and are almost always hidden by his clothes, be they robes traveling clothes, a formal button up shirt, or any other attire. The first is a gash that appears to have grown in size from early childhood, it sits upon his side and runs vertically along his body perfectly in line with a vein that runs along his left leg and up to his armpit. The second sits about where his kidney would be on his back, and resembles a wound that forms when a weapon exits the body.

His fashion however, is much less defined and seems to be much more felxible than most mages. He has been seen wearing standard robes and varous stereotypical accoutrements of wizards and mages. However, he tends to only wear these items and trends when he actually needs to deal with and meet with mages who hold to that ideal image of a wizard. Casual travel appears to be much more practical, sturdy pants tucked into boots suited for long journeys and adverse conditions. Comfortable button up shirts with a pair of books strapped into a harness similar to what some would use to hold daggers and knives. All tucked underneath casual brown leather jackets, granting him ample storage space and easy maneuverability in the world as he walks it.

Elemental magic: Calias's preferred form of magic is that of elemancy. While not a formal school of magic in and of itself it is incredibly dangerous to both the user and his oppenent when properly utilized. This particular brand of magic is incredibly potent and is limited only by the bounds of his imagination, however as Elemancy relies on the manipulation and summoning of the elements in question its costs and sacrifices tend to vary quite heavily from casting to casting, though his Kavosh blood tends to make even the simplest of offerings incredibly potent. It should be noted that while the school offers monumental potential destructive power and the freedom to do almost anything your mind can conceive with the elements, it offers no formal protection from the elements conjured and as such when one summons ice and snow they feel the bite of the air just as much as their target will.

Rune magic: Calias is somewhat skillied in the art of runic inscription though his true strength doesn't really kick in until he starts to utilize his runes in his spellcraft. He mostly uses runes inscribed with small amounts of blood or ink on surfaces and scraps of paper to keep himself moving and to set up traps when able to do so.

Lithomancy: Calias is highgly skilled in Lithomancy, though he has never revealed where he learned from. Even more strange is the fact that he almost never truly uses these skills. The few instances of him formally utilizing his skills have always been to draw out and focus more scarce and rare energies for the use as sacrifices for his magic.

Alchemy and first aid: Calias has basic training in first aid and alchemy. His skills do not however stem very far from basic medical aid and healing elixirs as well as poultices. One could likely gather that he learned these skills purely from administering his own first aid for blowing out his organs and causing external hemmoraging from his spells going much too far.

Hardwired for magic: Calias posesses the ability to, in a matter of seconds with sheer mental skill, process equations and calculate the implications of hundreds of combinations of runes and words as well as the intention of his own mind with his spells to perform feats of magic and power that would normally take a mage days if not weeks to decode and perform with a single form of magic. However each of these forms of casting imposes its own sacrifice individually from his mana pool and then takes a further sacrifice from the actual spell itself, meaning that these spells while incredibly potent and potentially titanic in scale they will almost immediately cripple him and drain him of almost all of his stamina while taking from his body as well. As such he tends to save these spells and tasks for fitting events and most people will likely never have the ability to see one of these feats in person unless they are present for a fitting and possibly world shattering event. Outside of the mystical arts however he doesn's seem to be capable of utilizing this asset in any meaningful way, almost as if his mind has been specifically and purposely hotwired to only allow this function in this specific way.

Kavosh Pureblood: Calias is, at his core, a pureblooded Kavosh which magnifies the intensity of any sacrifices he makes for a spell. Thereby, if he spent the same mana and used the same ink as another mage, his spell would be significantly more powerful. In addition to this his mana pool is exceedingly large which while in the hands of any other mage would be a major boon, his chosen form of magic makes it a serious pain because his chosen form of magic takes his vision and intention for his spells and makes it real. Which means that his mana pool will either burn itself out incredibly quickly due to the sheer amount of details a simple pair of intentions could use up, or itll last forever in a single fight from conservative casting only to be burned up in a matter of seconds and start taking hits at his body from not having enough to pay in addition to the base sacrifice.

A friendly smile greets almost all who encounter Calias, and no matter how deep you decide to dive into that smile or those colorless eyes, you will never find anything aside from genuine kindness. Having grown up in a frozen tundra with very little food and nearly exploding with pure untamed elemental magics every time he had an emotional flareup, its a sheer wonder that he's alive at all and an even greater one that he's as polite and as friendly as he is. While he may be friendly and cheeful to meet, this should never be mistaken for pacifism. What Calias lacks in the way of a gruff attitude and a forceful presence, he makes up for it in sheer power and a creative mind that's not only willing but able to come up with truly unique applications for the elements and powers that be in the world around him. One notable attribute of the man that some people have tried to manipulate in the past is that he simply can't help but to try and experience everywhere and everything at least once in his life.
