Brok was born to a young scout from the Elbion army. The heritage of the child saw Aliana removed from the army and she returned to live with her parents in one of the poorest districts of Elbion near the docks.

She has never told Brok the full story of his father, only that he was a good person. This was normally used as a counter to Brok being told horror stories of orcs rather than in answer to his many question.

From a young age Brok has been an avid listener of fantastical tales. He would run from home to listen to stories told in the common square.
