A dirty blonde-haired man that wears a blindfold to cover up the dark, oozing, inky mess that is where his eyes could be, and this is the root of both sections of his powers.

Section one: The Ink
The ink that oozes out from his eyeholes is biological and can multiply at an alarming rate, also changing it's chemical structure on the fly, ranging from soft, flexible, and gooey, to harder than a lot of substances known to man in a split second. Think of this like the Venom symbiote.
Using the Ink has a cost, though.
The more he uses it, 1) The more tired he gets, because the cells of the organism are drawing off of him to replicate, and 2) He grows closer to one of his 'attacks', an impressive and totally uncontrollable display of pure telekinetic chaos and dark magic that is inaccessible to him any other way. This, as you probably can tell, is extremely taxing on his physical and mental well-being, because the Ink, well, it's not supposed to be there.
Section two: Second Sight
Since Blindfold's eyes were taken, he was gifted - or cursed, with another kind of sight. Time.
No, he cannot read the future, the future is not a book lying open to be read, he rather sees all of time at once. The past, the present, and the future, all meshed together in a confusing array of mess. He usually depends on his hearing to figure out where in time he is, so that he can see, but it is very, very difficult for him to use this in combat.

As you can imagine, he is very guarded, so don't expect him to share much.
