The first time the halfling known as Bard was seen was in a tavern called the Jaunty Trough. The crowd, drowning in as much sorrow and depression as they were stale alcohol and fried food, marveled as the small yet stunningly handsom man hoped up on the bar and declared he was a gift from the gods to bring joy to the people and lay low the oppressive despots and dictators of the world. Which, of course, caused more than a few laughs. To which he replied, they had already began proving him true.

Where he came from, what he was, and even his given name seem to change depending on the crowd and its likely he's made up so many origin stories that he doesn't remember the truth himself.

Traveling the world with his trusty viol and custom woodwind, he sings and plays to any with the coin or need of his fabled mystical arts. And sometimes (everytime), he finds the time to warm the bed of whomever strikes his fancy.
