Personality

Aroylecio is foremost defined in his assertive dedication to magical study, heralding a great sense of cherishment of this discipline. He is not an arrogant scholar, though it his dire pursuit of expanding his insight reflects upon his sense of social harmony. His mother's nurturance assured his humility and peaceful mannerism, though he has always retained a militance that draws upon his naga lineage. Aroylecio can be reserved in his expressions, often undermining the capacity of those unlearned to his spectrum of academia and knowledge, to be capable of teaching him. Through his upbringing in Fal-Addas, he too has experienced prejudice due to his naga heritage, and this has certainly shaped a well of distrust within him. Nonetheless, he is a lover of familial dynamics, and seeks to learn what he can and build meaningful friendships where he perceives it possible.

Biography & Lore

Aroylecio’s mother was raised in Amol-Kalit, a member of a notorious nomadic tribe of Sand Elves. Upon being occupied with a task to trade goods within one of the human cities, she meets a Cerulean elf, whom she discovers to operate as an bodyguard and assassin for the local lord. Their discussion grows intimate, with the Cerulean male sharing with her his study of literature and the world, particularly Fal’Addas, and his longing to reside there. They agree to meet again, and do so a fair measure of moments, eventually becoming lovers and promising to leave Amol-Kalit together.

Upon gathering the necessary resources, one task remained at hand: Aroylecio’s mother needed to separate from her tribe. It was arranged she snuck away in the night, and the Cerulean elf met her at a rendezvous point. The two fled Amol-Kamit then, beginning their journey towards Fal-Addas. Upon their journey of crossing into Falwood, they happened upon a scene of battle in a thicket of a forest. A force of humans that bore the emblems of Vel Anir fought against a collective of naga, whom were outnumbered and losing. Aroylecio’s mother spotted a naga child by itself, and empathizing with the young being, retrieved it and continued upon her path with the Cerulean elf to the nearest town.

The two debates of what to do with the naga child, with the Cerulean elf suggesting they endangered themselves by bringing it along. Aroylecio’s mother vowed to return it to its own, dismissing the concerns of danger as selfish and inconsiderate of a helpless being. They agreed to travel the western coast of Falwood in search of insight of naga settlements nearby before heading to Fal-Addas. Weeks came to pass and they found an answer: a local had informed them of sightings of naga about small islands a measure of miles from the coast sitting parallel to his village. Perceiving this as the concluding step before beginning their life in Fal-Addas, the two departed towards the direction of the islands. They would lay camp nearby, and when dawn came, began their efforts to sight the naga and invite their attention.

They procured the results they sought, and had witnessed the naga. Using a fire pit to dispense smoke, they did this while waving in their direction, with the naga child in visible sight. A group of naga eventually arrived, though their posture gleamed aggression. They growled and snarled at the two after taking to land and engaging the pair. Aroylecio’s mother would release the naga child towards the group, though this did not placate them. One eventually advanced, aiming to attack Aroylecio’s mother, prompting the Cerulean elf to engage this naga, whom he slayed. The rest joined in, and subsequently killed him. They decided then to take Aroylecio’s mother with them and return to the islands.
