Quillon
Appearance
Quillon is a dark haired, dapple brown thoroughbred with a distinctive white patch shaped like a diamond on his head. He is of a tough build, burly and stoic, a fine Horse of strong form.
While serving as Alexander Verallas' mount, Quillon dons a simple coat of leathers, as plate and chain-mail are reserved for Knights and their companions. In times of official purpose in service to House Lorerince, Quillon may also don a carapace cloth with the crest of the Noble House as formal representation.

Passive Traits:
- Momentous Gallop - Quillon is a Thoroughbred of great stock and is capable of gaining great speeds in full gallop. He has great stamina and is a worthy mount for any would-be Knight.
- Strong Build - Quillon's a strong and sturdy build, a proud animal who may seem intimidating to those not accustomed to riding. In full flight, no man would fare well to stand in his path.
- Caravan - Four saddle-bags make for a decent haul, strapped to Quillon's rear in-part with his Saddle, Alexander is able to carry a good deal of his possessions along in his travels thanks to his loyal steed.
- Rider - Riding equipment and a close bond gained over time and experience make for ease of riding and a reliable companion on the road.

Biography & Lore
Quillon is a faithful companion and Alexander Verallas' steadfast mount, purchased from the Stables of Alliria following the Lad's receiving payment for the apprehension of a criminal, a generous and tall tale for which Jexlt Warren offered in favor of the boy's good fortune.
Under the advice of Amatrice Lorerince, a Nobleman of House Lorerince for which Alexander serves as a ward, and squire, the need and purchase of a Horse was the first step in his becoming a Page, and furthering his dream to one day be Knighted.
The name Quillon is Latin for "Crossing Swords" and "Strength", both of which are aspects certain to become part of Alexander's day to day life as a Knight-in-Training. As for the breed of horse, Quillon is a Thoroughbred and of good quality stock.
