Appearance
Anthaleon has slightly longer than shoulder length light black hair which he usually wears down, though he will on occasion pull it back behind his head. He has well defined, angular features, though these are often hidden beneath a hood when he is in the field. He has light blue eyes, the only gift from his mother that he knows of, and something he resents to see whenever he looks in a mirror. He has two scars above his right eye, shallow wounds from a clawed beast that never fully healed, and he occasionally obscures using different kinds of covers.
He stands at exactly six feet in height, with a rather rugged build. He has only nine fingers, with the ring finger of his right hand ending just above the second joint, though it is rarely seen beneath the black gloves he always wears. In fact, Anthaleon rarely wears anything except black. His favored garb is a black cloak that goes to just above his ankles, a black shirt beneath, and black pants with numerous pockets hidden through all three items. The only distinguishing item on his person is a faded gold pendant around his neck, with the Lane family crest carved into its surface. The pendant is able to open, but no one beside Anthaleon has seen inside the pendant to know what is held within.

Skills and Abilities
Raised as a Templar, Anthaleon has a good background training in use of various weapons, and is an acceptable swordsman by Templar standards, though he prefers to never test this if possible. His greatest combat prowess lies in short blades, daggers, and other equally unsavory weapons. As back up in case these are unavailable Anthaleon is well versed in hand to hand combat techniques, and has studied under various instructors across the nations of the world.
Anthaleon, as a born member of the New Oath Chapter, is also well versed in the skills of medicine and poison. He has been trained since birth to be able to tell the difference between different chemicals at a glance, and can create poisons and medicines as easily as one might mix a drink. He is also adept in the realms of, as he himself would put it, covert exploration. He is able to move almost entirely silently when he chooses, and is able to perform great feats of gymnastic ability.
Anthaleon, as a born member of the New Oath Chapter, is also well versed in the skills of medicine and poison. Personality
Anthaleon has a very laid back, approachable attitude about him at first glance. He does not hesitate to introduce himself to new people that he meets, and works to understand and get to know whoever they are. This is not entirely his true self, and a certain amount of this outward effort is used as a ploy to try and keep others off balance. At all times, Anthaleon is looking to find an advantage over others, and this forward and friendly attitude often throws others off balance, allowing him to hold an edge in conversations.
Despite how he dresses, Anthaleon carries himself with a certain noble baring, and he believes strongly in a code of honor that only he follows. He is quite capable of blending among the noble classes of various nations, with enough training and practice in the arts of deception to appear as if native to those lands. This layer of deception is something Anthaleon applies to all aspects of his life, as few things he says are ever the entire truth. He prefers to live his life in shades of possibility, rather than certainty.
