Alex Normally goes around wearing heavy metal armor, due to him getting used to wearing armor constantly for battle and never having time to take it off. When he doesn't wear armor, though, he often wears decorated linen clothing like you would expect of a royal.Skills and Abilities
Alex, due to his peoples poor connection to magic, isn't a master mage. But he is still skilled in using frost magic, the only king of magic that his people have figured out. He is both a skilled tactician and a powerful warrior, preferring to fight alongside his men rather than sit back. Due to his peoples warlike nature, however, Alex is naturally hot headed and always up to fight, which can sometimes lead to trouble when tensions begin to boil.Personality
Alex is normally very childish and friendly with new people, always wanting to see the good in everyone and generally ignoring whatever bad happens. But when he is finally ticked off, he becomes extreme violent and hostile, and if driven far enough will kill whoever made him like that. He is also very fair, always listening to others concerns and doing what is right for those who have been wronged. Another thing he is known for is being charismatic, being able to rally a great many people to his banners without the need for bloodshed.Biography & Lore
Alex is a mighty emperor from across the great Northern Sea, who rules over his peoples great empire on a half frozen continent, half of it heavy tundra and the other half mild tundra. He is from a long line of warrior leaders, and has himself fought for the throne with his corrupt uncle. Alex was born in the capital of the empire, Norscania, in the year 1479, to distant relatives of the emperor. Despite not being high nobles, Alex did have a very good schooling and upbringing, though he matured much slower than the other kids. At the age of 14 Alex began to show signs of being a great warrior and leader, and quickly gained many loyal companions to serve by his side. Then, near death, his Uncle wanted only his direct line to get the throne after his death, so he ordered the other family members murdered. Alex was 18 when a force tried to kill his family, only to be killed single handed by him. Alex then waged a 3 year long civil war for the throne, and won after his uncle was killed by his own generals who sided with Alex. People accept Alex without a real struggle once the old emperor died because, unlike previous leaders, however, Alex views all people are equal and offers a possibility for even a peasant to become a warlord if they prove themselves worthy. It is well known that Alex has always had a slight mental disability, which causes him to mature much slower than everyone else. Despite his childish nature, however, Alex is a serious leader when he needs to be and only wants what is best for all creatures. Unlike nations such as the Order on the southern continent, Alex has no hatred for monsters, and in fact welcomes them into his nation (though none have ventured over due to the extreme cold and a lack of awareness of his peoples existence).References
