Airen Kubo
Shrine Maiden
Dragon Rider Cadet
Dear Mahmi,
Today, I'm going to be a Dragon Rider.
Excerpt from Airen's unsent letter collection.
Blueberry
Twin dragon to her own twin's dragon, Blueberry was a name for a hatchling she did not think she would get to keep after so long, but the name stuck. She didn't have the heart to give it a new name, more befitting for a rare Spirit Dragon. Airen taught her dragon how to draw shapes in the dirt, and aims to have her dragon able to understand signage one day.Biography & Lore
Airen is the younger sister to her twin, Yuriko. Together, they came across two hatchling dragons and swore to look after them until their mother returned for them. Some years have gone by now, and the dragons have bonded with the Kubo twins, and have been quite the handful to manage in some circumstances.Although her Pahpi protested she not take the dragon with her to the Temple grounds while she was tending to her duties, it is the only place Blueberry is happy to be at peace and settle for a nap. Visitors to the Temple sometimes take prayer before the slumbering blue dragon, who is completely zonked out to notice the hubbub.
