Aharos is one of many wanderers amid the nomads and would-be heroes of the Amol-Kalit deserts. Unlike many, he has already died; awakened by some necromantic power more than a century ago, he has been lost among the shifting sands longer than he can remember. In his travels, he has acquired many odd artifacts and has learned just how much men distrust the undead. Despite this, he seeks out his past and yearns to learn the ways of men.

Aharos is a walking skeleton, quite literally. His bleached bones are held together by magical powers, and he lacks any of the organs others need to worry about. To disguise himself as human, Aharos has wrapped himself in bandages and wears sun-bleached robes with hints of reds, blues, and golds. A similarly faded hood covers his skull, and a porcelain mask covers his face.

Aharos holds a great deal of magical power, and although not a master, he is skilled in many kinds of magic. He believes that before death, he was likely a mage of repute.

Abjuration: A focus on the control and alteration of magic to create barriers, dispel, and enchant items. This style of magic focuses on utility and protection.

Evocation: Primarily, this includes channeling magic into destructive forces Aharos uses to defend himself. Although imbuing the magic with an element is common, Aharos prefers to use the purest form to suit his needs.

Conjuration: Creating something from nothing is a particular skill of Aharos. In time everything will fade, but Aharos can conjure much larger volumes than the average mage and sustain them for longer.

Truesight: Perhaps most importantly Aharos is fortunate to be gifted with truesight. This allows him to see exceptional details, including magical enchantments, despite a lack of eyes.

Beyond his ability in magic, Aharos is an excellent writer and is very knowledgable concerning finances. Despite these skills and an apparent aptitude to be a trader, Aharos is a pitiful navigator and is lost more often than not.

Lacking most of his memories before being reborn, Aharos is inquisitive at his very core. Calm, dignified, and otherwise a gentleman in his conduct, he cannot turn away from asking questions. This has led to some awkward interactions with people that Aharos is careful to avoid.
