Adrian never thought he would become a vampire hunter. He had nothing against them as long as they stayed away from him. They stayed in their place, he stayed in his. Easy.

Until one decided to murder his wife and young daughter because he dared to turn down her proposition. He hadn't asked her why she had done it before plunging the stake into her heart. He didn't care. His life was done. The only two people he loved in the world were gone.

That was the day that Adrian vowed to kill every vampire he came across. Luckily for him, he was not alone in his hatred and he was soon hired to assassinate vampire after vampire. His magic gave him a particular advantage over the night dwellers.

It has now been five years since his family was murdered and he is still ridding the world of the blood suckers.
