LFG The Thief who cried fire

Looking for maybe three or four people for a thread or two.

The idea will be that our characters are in a fairly large town when a fire breaks out and start spreading fast. Only it turns out most of the fire is illusionary. A crack team are robbing a sizable bank. Oh and the bank owner is not who they seem.


As a more general second idea I've been thinking of needing to find some NPC but it turns out they're in a city under siege. Problem is I can't think of a concept for why they're so desperate to see this person...

 

[Zelx the Dreamer]

Zelx is an illusionist who often takes jobs for treasures. Causing an illusionary fire should be somewhat simple for him. The fire will be "real" as long as the people believe it is real.

If this idea is still a go (the fire and the bank idea that is), I've got a vigilante who'd be keen on it. Comes with free built-in conflict with others involved because vampire. *V***V*
