Urzog Mhartoc would send out a series of letters to all the great bards anyone in Bhathairk or Gudtown may have mentioned in passing.
Dear Honored Storyteller,
I greet you as Urzog Mhartoc, proud member of the Mhartoc Clan of Bhathairk. Your name has graced our fair city as a traveled bard, well versed in the myths and legends of the land. The Mhartoc Clan is one built on the capturing and taming of all manner of beasts, with none greater than long-past Mhartoc himself. I seek to bring honor to our clan, and advance the craft of the beast tamers across the land. I plead to you, what beasts hold Arethil's people in fear? What monsters have others tried and failed to best? I seek your aid in finding these challenges, that the beasts of Mhartoc's Stables become legendary not only in Bhathairk, but across the land of Arethil.
As a favor for your time, I have enclosed a single piece of jerky, made from the leg of a wyvern. I hope it finds you well, such delicacies always bring me strength.
