On the TS Eliot scale of decrepitude, I have seen the mermaids singing each to each, but I don't wear my trousers rolled quite yet. I would self-identify as a boring ol' cisgender heterosexual male, but it definitely doesn't mean my characters necessarily do. This is still a wide, free world, and people deserve to be accepted as their authentic selves.
My writing is fueled by caffeine vapors, driven by boredom, and inspired by a lifelong love of fantasy fiction and tabletop roleplaying. I have never met a half-baked renegade drow concept I couldn't jimmy up a spuriously plausible, overly-convenient backstory for. I read way, way too much Douglas Adams and Terry Pratchett in my formative years, and that cynical semi-parodic snark just naturally finds its way into my writing.
