The Blue Dragonflight, with it's magical might and benevolence to the mortal races, have long had many faithful mortal followers dedicated to the service and protection of their dragon masters.

To reward such loyalty, those who have proven their worth are offered the opportunity to ascend and be infused with a small amount of essence from a blue dragon, physically transforming them into a Blue Dragonsworn. In this form, their strength and agility are greatly enhanced, as well as their connection to magic, transforming them into capable champions and protectors of the Blue Dragonflight.

They are created at the Blue Mountain, within the mountainside palace of the Blue Dragon Matriarch known as Kerathari. Once the process is complete and they've grown accustomed to their new forms properly, their usual duties consist of protecting blue dragons and their nests, dealing with potential threats to the flight and their mortal allies, and providing military support in times of war and crisis to the mortal realms on behalf of Matriarch Kerathari.
