Rowe is, by all accounts, a bit of an enigma. The man only removes his mask to eat and, presumably, sleep, both of which occur only in complete seclusion. What is known is his eyes are brown and his facial features hidden behind a faceless mask. He regularly wears cloth trousers and shirt, though he often wears a brown or black velvet vest beneath a long, leather coat with fine leather boots. He usually appears unarmed, but the wary know far better. When openly armed, he carries a short sword and a compact, but very lethal, crossbow.
Skills and Abilities
Rowe is skilled with a blade and an accurate shot with a crossbow. He also possesses a moderate skill with magic, primarily based in illusion and utilization of lightning, both in manifestation and redirection. In addition, he is widely regarded as a highly skilled thief and assassin as well as a lethal alchemist.
Personality
Rowe is a charismatic, if secretive, individual. He never makes friends, instead he prefers business associates and partners. He is often cordial, if aloof, and enjoys the finer arts in life. He holds a silent, inborn dislike of general human culture though he is also mildly, vocally critical of all things elvish. He conducts himself in a cold, calculating manner and kills in a similar fashion. He is rarely angered, but in such cases he is known to hold a bitter grudge with a lethal, one track mind.

Not much is known about Rowe's past, though he has mentioned on a handful of occasions his late mother's elven pedigree. Of his father there is no mention, though it is generally accepted the man was human and is currently very dead. He rose from the ranks of guttersnipes and common burglars decades ago and currently leads a small band of thieves, murderers, and other dregs of society.
