Summary of Common Knowledge

Fame: Legendary Blacksmith
Out of the thousands of smiths, craftsmen, and jewelers that came out of Dwarven society, one of the few to become renowned for their skill and artifacts is that of 'Grimm', and nobody knows if that is even his name. A relative poor dwarf living in the boonies of the Falwood, Grimm has made a life of smithing exceptional weaponry for the likes of Kings, Conquerors, and legends in their own right. It has made him a tidy profit, but what he does with that is unknown.
With no history, no actual understanding of who the dwarf known as Grimm is, only hearsay is passed around. Rumors of him being a murderer, slaying a Dwarven King he disagreed with, to crafting a weapon that was used to strike down a God; the stories are as varied and overdone as the perceived feats the man is capable of. In truth, he is nothing more than an exceptional smith, doing nothing more than what is asked of him.
As it stands, to even find the man is to be trusted with information from the upper echelons of society. Grimm has had notable trades done with Vel Anirian nobility wealthy enough to purchase his weapons, while Alliria often sends envoys to request yet another sword or crown. More recently, Amol Kalit and its warlords have begun to ask him for enchanted armors to protect them from the dangers of their nomadic lifestyles.
These many facets of craftsmanship have helped spread the legend of Grimm, God of the Forge, and sent the greatest warriors in the world to seek him out for their chance at a weapon for the ages. For those accepted, he works, but it isn't often he accepts a passing commission from a stranger he knows nothing about, lest the cost be far higher than they expect.
