Cassiopeia Azura
House Azura
Whilst House Azura is considered a Minor House of Vel'Anir, their history stretches nearly as far back as the Great Houses and as such they have enjoyed more power than most other Minor lines. Their founding member was Azura Luana, one of the younger daughters of Petunia and Darrin Luana. Her parents are widely recognised today as the start of the Great House. Azura idolized her oldest sister, Umbra, and was devastated after watching her split from their parents and start her own House.
Azura and Umbra were still close so when Azura laminated the fact that her parents were trying to marry her off to a terrible young Lord that was known to treat women like chattel, Umbra suggested that Azura take control of her life and start her own house. Azura ended up cutting ties with her parents and marrying a meek (but rich and handsome) Lord that had no issue with letting her rule the House. Like Umbra, Azura stayed loyal to her brother and, also like Umbra, House Azura became another cornerstone to the Luana power.
Over the years, House Azura has been fascinated by the night sky and discovering ways to use the stars to travel since Azura Luana herself. Some children have branched out to travel in general because they wanted to make all travel (not just night time travel) easier for everyone. They are known to be cartographers, scientists, astrologers, and compass makers.
During the revolution, House Azura was right behind their Umbra cousins in declaring for the rebels. They fought on two fronts at the same time. They never wavered in their support for the revolution and they also stood by the side of Luana during the civil war thanks to some minor houses disagreeing with the support of change.

- Cassi and Corvus each have their own abilities of aerokinesis with only a few overlaps. When the twins are together, their powers are combined and they can use each other's powers as well as having more power behind their attacks. They are effective alone but they are better together.

Personality
Cassi is the calmer of the twins. She is the one that keeps Corvus in check when he gets upset and she is the one who tends to think before acting. She is also cautious and slow to trust. Even after the revolution, she is weary of what people may try to do to her and her brother.
She is very attached to her brother. He is quite literally her other half. Cassi can often be found sleeping in Corvus’ room whenever she is having nightmares due to spending ten years under the old system.
Like the majority of her family, she is quite smart. Her grades have always been high due to her need to succeed so she would not get punished. She also wants to make her parents and her twin proud. She has helped Corvus cheat on tests through their telepathic bond and he has done the same for subjects she struggles in.

Biography & Lore
Cassiopeia Azura (Cassi) and Corvus Azura are known as The Wind Twins, The Azura Twins, or the Twinds. Corvus was born three minutes before Cassi and he likes to make sure that she never forgets he is the big brother. They are the children of Volans and Marenda Azura. Their father is the Head of House Azura and he is a famous cartographer.
When the twins were five years old, their powers manifested. Volans and Marenda were so proud that not only did their children have magic but they also had air magic. As a family who has devoted itself to the matters of the sky, it is a great point of pride to have air magic. The twins were immediately turned over to the Dreadlord Academy to bring honor to House Azura.
Their parents paid a good amount of money to make sure that they could see their children whenever they wanted and that their children were able to come visit home at least once a month. Their parents never wanted to think that they were unloved or given away. They made sure that Cassi and Corvus knew that they were special and amazing.
Of course, the Proctors did not agree. There were many experiments done on the twins. How powerful were they alone? What could they do alone? How powerful are they together? What could they do together? If one feels pain, does the other? How far apart can they be and still use each other's powers? These questions and more were answered via training and torture.
