Azrakar the Hollow king was once a ruler of a great realm. An order of demon hunters rose up against him. They were almost entirely slain, but managed to curse him.

With his power dwindling and his movements restricted, he has been ruling a small kingdom of orcs and goblins below the spine.

A prophecy states that the last of the order of demon hunters is the key to unlocking his power once again.

In his demonic form he is a twelve foot tall creature of shadow and flame. His skin is obsidian black, but he wears a clock and crown of flame.

He can take a more humanoid form where he appears as a particularly daunting tiefling, still standing over nine feet high.
