Adakko Nachamek
Adakko Nachamek is a Cwn Annwn currently serving as Head Inquisitor under Queen Mab in the Winter Court. Born in the Autumn Court, he was exiled for behavior unbecoming. Currently, his job is to gather any information the Queen may find beneficial or important, although he may also be deployed on special assignments should the need arise.
Egotistical, stubborn, and gifted in the art of twisting fact, Adakko's words can be as dangerous as a blade. His appointment as Inquisitor is sure to keep any who whisper secrets in hushed tones on their toes, looking out for any white dogs that may be watching.
Appearance
Adakko is slim in build as most Cwn Annwn, with short white hair and deep red eyes, as well as a pair of sharp fangs beneath his upper lip. Nachamek prefers soft, light clothing such as tunics, usually accompanied by a jacket and scarf. Somewhat oddly, he tends to keep a second spare tunic or robe wrapped around his waist most of the time, sometimes resembling a skirt. Adakko also sports a long scar that crosses diagonally down his face, a mark from the accident that led to his exile, and a constant reminder of his shame.
Elemental Alignment and Affinity
As with all Cwn Annwn, Adakko has the ability to create and harness light with his body. He also is affiliated with the element of air, rendering him invulnerable to suffocation or freezing. Often he uses this to his advantage, holding his breath when he wishes not to be heard, and disrobing to move faster even through freezing temperatures.
Skills and Abilities
Adakko's ability to shift into a tall, white-haired canine is indicative of all Cwn in general, and while he is no longer in a sept of his own kind, he cherishes his time in this form, often choosing to sleep and eat as a canine rather than in his more humanoid form. He also prefers to be on all fours when in the field, where his speed and agility are at their finest. Secretly, he yearns to live free from the worries of the Courts and their politics and to father more litters, although he has surrendered to the unlikeliness of this ever occurring.
Personality
Adakko is extremely confident in himself, being prized and admired in his sept before he was cast out of it. This confidence has an unfortunate tendency to become ego, even more so now that there is nobody left to feed him the praise he was raised on, as he feels a need to compensate for that lack of recognition.
Nachamek is also notoriously deceptive. Unable to tell a lie, he instead has become adept at telling the truth in whatever way gets him what he desires, often at the expense of somebody else. His charming appearance and comforting voice assist often in swaying those who do not trust him over to his ways of thinking, although he now uses these abilities exclusively to assist his Queen.
Despite these shortcomings, Adakko is fiercely loyal and very cunning. With Queen Mab giving him purpose after his exile, she has found herself with quite a die-hard ally, and the lengths to which Adakko will go to serve her remain to be fully seen.
