Androl Nazari
The son of a House which has spent the last three centuries in Exile, Androl has an incredible drive and focus to regain the prestige and renown his family was once known for.
Growing up in the dour heights of Nazarem Citadel, Androl was raised to be the perfect soldier and warrior. From a young age he was brought up and taught to be an exceptional soldier as well as statesmen. His family having known that he would be the first to be allowed back to Thanasis in four generations.
Due to this Androl's entire life has been focused on preparing him for his duty.
Most of his life was centered around learning, whether that was in the practice fields, the classroom, or the ancient caverns of the Auresh Dragons.
He bonded his Dragon at the age of seven, entered his first foray into the wilds of Malakath and thirteen, and has fought upon the wall since he was old enough to wield a sword. The House of Nazari has placed nearly all of it's future upon their first born of this generation.
Despite the weight of responsibility on his shoulders, Androl kept a surprisingly positive outlook on the life ahead of himself. Though the pressure of his family was ever present, the reassuring companionship of his dragon Erenex has kept him from falling in his struggle.
House Nazari
Known within Thanasis as the House of Serpents, the Nazari family was exiled to service on the wall almost three centuries past.
Though the crime which House Nazari was accused of has long since been forgotten by most, the ire they earned in both Noble Society and in the commons has long stuck with them. Their name is a tainted one, and even though they have served dutifully in the Borderlands for over three hundred years many still say their name with both distaste and utter disgust.
Only those with access to the very depths of the Royal Archives can truly know what House Nazari has done to deserve such ire.
Though exiled, the House of Nazari seems to hold no ill-will towards the Crown or Thanasis itself. For near three hundred years they have served as Guardians of the Borderlands. Working almost tirelessly, they have defended against armies, rogue monsters, and anything else which might threaten the realm.
Despite this constant struggle, not much of the hatred for the House seems to have faded. Even as the centuries have passed.
Upon their exile, the family Nazari was stripped of their rights to own and breed Dragons. Only those of the Royal Archive still know who their original bondmates were, but in their time on the borderlands the family regained the respect of another breed of the great kindred.

Auresh Dragons
Creatures unlike any of their kin, the Auresh are a uniquely formed wingless Dragon found mostly in Borderlands of Thanasis.
These great beings have for hundreds of years made their homes deep within the mountains and caverns around the edges of the peninsula Thanasis was built upon. Fierce and incredibly territorial creatures, the Auresh are born like many of their cousins. The greatest difference between them and other Dragons is the fact that they lack wings.
Though this might seem a disadvantage, the fact is more than made up for by the Auresh's incredible thick skin.
Difficult to pierce even by other Dragons, the scales of an Auresh are near impossible to penetrate. Their skin capable of withstanding incredible heat, acid, and even most magics. Their slower movements and less maneuverability serving them just fine in their primary habitat; under the ground.
Unlike most Dragons the Auresh do not breath fire, but instead salivate and exporate an incredibly potent acid. Capable of melting rock, steel, and many other material. This ability made them perfect for shaping and repairing the ancient Wall which protected Thanasis. Allowing the protectors who were lucky enough to Bond the Auresh to reshape the nations defenses.
When House Nazari was banished to the Borderlands, they were stripped of their right to breed the Dragons of their ancestor. This commandment was obeyed, but during their service upon the wall, and with time spent in the vicinity the Auresh eventually came to the Nazari's side.
The family itself claims it was happenstance, though more than a few rumors in Thanasis claim it was nothing less than a plot to regain some semblance of power.
Whatever the truth may be. House Nazari has bonded and bred Auresh Dragons for nearly a century and a half. Members of their family treating the landed Dragons as they would any other member of the family. Using them both in the defense of Thanasis, and in incursions to greater Malakath.

Erenex
Bonded when he was seven years old, the Auresh Dragon Erenex has been a constant pillar with Androl's life.
Average size for his kind, Erenex like many of his kin colored in gray and copper. Two great horns punctuate the top of his head, and the thick scales which cover his form mark him as no lesser a Dragon for not having wings. Predatory eyes follow those around him, and the stance he takes around most threaten even those of his kin who would take to the skies.
Although imposing, Erenex's nature is far more mercurial than most of his kind.
Unlike most Auresh dragons who seem to hold themselves to an immense sense of duty, Erenex tends to stray from the boundaries set upon him. He acts as a counterbalance to the weight placed upon his bondmate. Encouraging a life that neither of them were ever supposed to have.
