Tigris Saen'dorei
Tigris Saen'dorei
Appearance:
Tigris is a striking figure. Standing at 5’9”, she possesses a lithe, athletic build. Her sharp features are framed by crimson waves, a vibrant contrast to her sun-kissed bronze skin. A series of small scars decorate her arms, neck, and legs—testaments to a life lived in a harsh environment. Swirling tattoos, runes of her ancestors decorate most of her body.
Her eyes are a fierce yellow-amber, reflecting her true Tyrian bloodline. Tigris carries herself with an unwavering sense of purpose, her posture straight and her movements precise. She typically wears fitted leather armor, dyed deep black and accented with bronze, which allows for ease of movement without sacrificing protection. At her hip is a finely crafted sword, and a small, twisted dagger rests in her boot—tools of her trade, though her preferred weapon is a longbow she carries strapped across her back.
Abilities:
- Expert Archer: Tigris is a master archer, capable of hitting targets from incredible distances with deadly precision. She is unmatched in her ability to fire arrows with speed and accuracy, even while on the move.
- Close-Quarters Combat: Though renowned for her skill with a bow, Tigris is equally dangerous in close combat. Trained in the art of swordplay, she moves with grace and efficiency, favoring quick strikes over brute force.
- Eagle Companion: Tigris is bonded with an eagle named Tyche, a majestic bird of prey that serves as both her companion and scout. Tyche can see vast distances from the sky, relaying information through their subtle, almost telepathic bond. The eagle watches over her in battle, warning of dangers and sometimes attacking with her deadly talons.
- Indomitable Will: Tigris possesses an unshakable resolve, able to push through fear, pain, and mental attacks that would break lesser warriors. This mental fortitude has seen her through the hardest trials of her life.
Born the only daughter of Chief Saen, Tigris grew up amidst the harsh wilds of ash wastes that surround the great city of Tyr. Survival in this barren and mountainous landscape was earned through strength and cunning. Tigris was trained in combat and tactics, molded into the leader she is one day set to become.
Though her father loved her fiercely, it was clear from the start that he saw in her the spirit of her mother, a warrior who had died in battle long ago. Tigris inherited not only her mother’s skill with a blade but also her unyielding sense of duty. As the years passed,.
However, Tigris’ life of honor and duty has been anything but easy. She carries the weight of expectations, not just from her father but from her people, who look to her.
Most recently, Tigris has set out on a perilous journey, retracing the ancient paths of her people alongside Prince Talmanes. They seek to reclaim a lost heritage that has been shrouded in mystery for centuries. Though the road ahead is dangerous, Tigris faces it with the same unrelenting focus that has always guided her, even as doubts about what they may find begin to grow in her heart.
Despite the weight on her shoulders, Tigris’ loyalty to those she cares about is unwavering. She fights not just for her people, but for the survival of their legacy—knowing that in the end, it may very well cost her everything.
