Personality

Stubborn, arrogant, and proud. Sullivan believes most are below him.

He sticks to a stringent philosophy common within House Weiroon that those who are strong seize power whether through violence, coercion, or manipulation. If no one can stop your rule then your rule is just. It is his belief that the reason House Weiroon does not rule Vel Anir outright is because it has been allowed to stagnate. He hopes to change that.

Biography & Lore

“The strong eat the weak, the rule of law is written by the rulers of the law, and it is those who wield power that determine how it is used. Never forget little brother, might makes right.”

~ Sebastian Remus Weiroon, Lord of House Weiroon

Sullivan was born five years after his elder brother Sebastian. Whereas Sebastian was engrossed with stratagem, physical training, and hands-on political experience the younger Sullivan was doted on by his mother. Sparing him of any semblance of martial training he spent much of his time learning finance, accounting, and the value of shrewd negotiations.

When their father died it was only natural that Sebastian took over the Great House as its lord. The new executor was swift in making numerous changes in an attempt to capture Weiroon’s once great glory and through a series of beheadings there was a vacancy for Sullivan to helm the house’s finances. In time Sullivan would expand their trade routes, make contact with faraway merchants, and increase the house’s net worth substantially.

Though it seemed dangerous for Sullivan to be in total control of the money he has remained steadfast in his support of his elder brother’s rule. Whether this is due to his unwillingness to betray his blood, fear of his own demise in trying to seize power, or if he’s simply biding his time is yet to be fully known.
