A Valrkjósa Paladin of the Celestialism Faith, Ireisa Duskveil is an imposing figure that draws heavily of her origins to bring messages to others, and their divine will. Aiding all civilizations as much as she is able. So that the Dark Ones do not gain a foothold of returning to these lands.

Appearance

The imposing figure of Ireisia Duskveil stands well over the largest of the Human species and even Orcs. Her appearance is that of a humanoid like being. Typical feminine traits, and a beauty matched only by Fae or Divine Magics. Her hair, and skin "shine" when in a source of light due to a iridescent phenomena of her kind. Yet the most prominent features is that of feathered wings sprouting from her back. White to Black chromatic coloration. A wingspan that dwarfs her own size. Reaching a full span of just over seven meters. These wings can fold and "close" in on themselves to greatly shorten in its perceived presence to not be a hinderance when walking or when not in use. However, due to the world of Arethil being generally built around the average height of other humanoid species, Ireisia would still find it difficult to move through things such as doorways, or to be within homes or buildings that were built for a smaller race than herself.

Ireisia has a deep but feminine vocal cadence and presence. Those who have met her described her voice as "Comforting" and "Soothing" when in a lower tone, but "Imposing" and "Intense" when projecting her voice across a distance or when expressing emotional sentiments.

Skills and Abilities

Magical Aptitude:
As a member of an inherently magical species, Ireisia can pull from a knowledge of the arts. Namely the usage of Aura Magics, Lithomancy, and Divine Magics. Her close ties to calling upon the Celestial Deities provides her closely related gifts and abilities. Specifically being able to discern the "True Names" or applications of such things. Translating the world into discernable words or phrases for which she can command and use. Projecting her presence around herself, and even bringing the divine might of the gods. While she is capable of doing such, she is no "master" and is still subject to the laws of such.

Flight:
Her natural form and species are capable of flight. Moving at great speeds through the air. However, to do this, their wings must be of a great size. Thus, wings being plucked, or even damaged can prevent one from doing so. Using this in conjunction with her bident and other weaponry, lends to the idea of striking in flybys or staying out of range of other attacks.

Darksight:
Her species is able to more easily discern their environment in low light, or even darkness. What lacks in their ability to see in such conditions, is the lack of color. Seeing mostly in the chromatic spectrum of white to black. Her vision is limited only to how good her eyesight is. So things such as smoke, or magical applications of obscuring items cannot be seen through. Looking more akin to a field of grey.

Personality

Ireisia is seen as a rather imposing stature. Mostly due to her height and presence with a set of wings dwarfing most humanoid species. However, this is not indicative of her own personality. She is truthfully a rather understanding and mild individual. opting to voice or suggest alternatives to a given situation. Seeking to understand sentiments, emotional value, or otherwise when speaking to others. Rarely does she attempt to use her strengths to overpower or to command presence in a given scenario.

Yet, she is still very much tied to her namesake. When brought to anger or emotional heights, she is not afraid to voice, or even act upon them should it be necessary. If so, she would use her strengths to her advantage. Projecting her voice to be filled with a dominating presence, her form seemingly "growing" to be commanding the space around her.

Ireisia is a trusting individual. Seeking to believe all who speak to her. While its not impossible to discern if someone would be lying or deceitful towards her, she wants to give them the benefit of the doubt. Showing to trust the words of what is spoken to her. And should it be shown otherwise, would be willing to forgive those who have transgressed against her. Up to a point, she is a rather docile nature. Preferring to solve situations without causing problems.

Equipment

Magical Bident/Spear:
Ireisia is typically seen with a bident weapon. Two pronged Spear long arm that she can easily use to reach out and impale foes. The weapon when interacted with by others vibrates or "hums" within their touch. Listening to this hum and feeling its light vibration tends to soothe ad calm those who hold it. While it is too long to be wielded by a human, should one try, they would find it difficult to do so. Its shape and form almost acts of its own to prevent the wielder from using it.

Ireisia can be seen using the weapon as a form of a focus. Such of the case of a ball of light forming between the bident prongs, or to focus some form of magical power through the weapon.

Plate Armor:
This armor appears conventional in many senses. Plated to the highest form of protection. Even sporting padded under layers to protect the joints or exposed areas of the armor. Despite its size and being worn by her, it is still rather light. Easily moveable and acts akin to a "second skin." Not hindering her movement. Upon the armor is a woven scapular of tapestry. Red and white cloth denoting her ties to the religious faith of Celestialism.
