Well for mooks (npcs) we can negotiate enigma city supplying you with a steady stream of assassins for background if you like. That's one of their primary exports. Hidden guards at your beck and call, always a nice card to play for the boss of any such organization. You can appear to be defenseless and never be . The assassins can be any race, as they train up slaves for that role or use Tundra elves.
