Here's me throwing out a few broad, potential topics: College things, espionage, assassination, good ol' fashioned travel, pinned down somewhere, covert meeting, VIP extraction/escort, high-risk sabotage, upper-class gala/party infiltration, shipwreck and survival to civilization.

I'm game for what works best for you! I was thinking small term, but can make it part of a bigger plot

I like the small term option too. Higher stakes in a more compressed timeline.

If you already had a bigger plot in mind, that'd be fantastic.

It was the dead of night when Vyx chose to make her way towards the city of Elbion. Like with Vel Anir, she was operating alone, doing this to satisfy her own curiosities more than anything. A group of soldiers would attract attention, but one drow wandering around would go largely unnoticed...

Does Istra teach any classes? Kara needs a reason to hate her.

She does teach Alteration classes. Also some natural philosophy (science) classes, I think, to better assist with Alteration.

She also takes some enchanting lessons herself.

The College needs boxing/jiu-jitsu classes, she'd be all over that .

There's plenty of reasons to hate her, lol.
