Xenagos Vyzkhar
Xenagos Vyzkhar is a Lich with a wide array of desires but only one true goal. Through whatever means necessary, he seeks to find a way around the rules of magic so that he can truly live forever.
Appearance
In his current form Xenagos is little more than a grip of decaying skin covering ancient bones. His once glorious wings, having lost their feathers centuries ago, generally lay folded against his back and serve little purpose now except allowing those that see them a hint to his heritage.
For the times when deploying a thrall won't do and Xenagos must traverse into the world of the living himself, the Lich utilizes his skills as a sorcerer to disguise his form and take the appearance of a dark elf male of indeterminate age.

Skills and Abilities
First and foremost, Xenagos is a exceptional sorcerer. Having lived for so long he has been able to amass a working knowledge of many aspects of magic. The jack-of-all trades nature that an almost infinitely extended life can grant a being means while capable of utilizing magic in a vast amount of ways, there are still only several schools Xenagos would consider himself truly masterful in.
A pyromancer in life, Xenagos has utilized this school of magic for nearly 1500 years. There is little he cannot do with it. The gift of lichdom from the Dark Ones has also made him an first-class necromancer and utilizer of dark magic.
While Xenagos generally prefers magic to solve pretty much any problem, he is not an incapable warrior. During his life he was well trained to use both a sword and a bow, and has in the past utilized these weapons when interacting with the living.

Personality
At his core, Xenagos is a covetous, narcissistic, cruel and malevolent being. He views the living as mere tools to aid him in his own personal endeavors, and doesn't often partake in events or dealings that don't offer him some sort of benefit. Whether that benefit is tangible at the time isn't always necessary - another being owning Xenagos a favor is often more valuable than simple gold or jewels.
Biography & Lore
Xenagos' life has been long and filled with many twists in turns, and even he doesn't bother to remember most of it at this point. There are a few memories he's bothered to keep.
Born in the Spine, Xenagos was never quite fulfilled by anything he did or the people around him. He was always searching for more - whether that be knowledge or money or skill, he just needed more.
Around the time he was eight-hundred years old, Xenagos was forcibly presented with the idea of his own mortality. Stricken with disease, his body was beginning to shut down on him and magic offered him little in terms of recovery.
Unwilling to die, Xenagos sought commune with the Dark Ones, and through an intensive ritual, was able to strike a deal. In exchange for his lichdom, Xenagos was tasked with spreading the corruption and influence of the Dark Ones, as well as his gifting himself as an eternal slave should the time come when he were to be destroyed.
