Ugh'Lolghoth is in many ways a revolting sight. Even their name is repulsive and nearly impossible to say. In Orcish, it means something akin to Slug-Snake.

Their two-headed body barely wriggles functionally across the floor. Its proportions are all wrong, too broad and squat to seem able to support itself, so big it ought to be taller than other orcs, but so malformed and hunched over themselves -- all with stubby legs -- that they end up being lower in height.

One head covered in piercings and naked flesh, usually asleep (Slug) and one hooded with a beard in a vain attempt to cover up their own deformity (Snake).
