Tol is a large beast made of muscle hidden within thick layers if fat.Tol's skin is green and slimy to the touch. His body is normay covered in mud and weeds from the swamp or any nearby lake, river or pond if far from his homeland and bark and moss seem to grow on his back. For clothing Tol wears simple hide rags with bone jewelry with the marks of the God of the Swamp. Tol also normally has a large barrel of swamp water strapped to his back.

- Brute Strength: Hidden under his layers of fat are some of the hardest working muscles that make trolls monsters in a battle

- Regeneration: Few creatures can compete with the natural healing capabilities of a troll as long as there is no fire

- Divine Power: The Swamp smiles on Tol granting him the power to control the weeds and plant life growing on his body while also granting him mild control of bodies of water and in certain cases uses his own blood.

-Strong Swimmer: Swanp Trolls like Tol learn how to swim quickly at a young age to easily travel across the swamp

- Ambush Predator: Tol like many Swamp Trolls have slimey skin that allows them to trap bubbles of air when they decide to go swimming allowing them to stay underwater for extended periods of time and ambush unspecting people.

Tol is an up beat troll always trying to look at the positive things or too dumb to notice the negatives. One thing that does make him mad is if someone disrespects the Swamp or accuses him of following a false religion. Tol takes great pride in his religion and is happy talking about it to anyone. It isn't hard to make friends with Tol as long as you have a juicy leg of ham or other type of food that he can enjoy. It isn't hard to trick Tol and he might believe everything you say as long as it doesn't go against the word of The Swamp. As for speech Tol understands common but as it is quite different to the rather simple grunts of the Swamp Troll language he is a horrendous speaker normally pronouncing words wrong and even mixing them up.
