"Delicate. Unyielding. Flawless. Eternal. I weave the threads of fate as I carve beauty from the lives I take. In their frozen hearts, I find eternity. In their frozen faces, I find perfection"

Appearance

Tian Fei's appearance varies with whichever form she is in.

Her human form is one of haunting beauty- a beauty which is not hers. Snow white hair flows down past her waist, shimmering like delicate silk threads. Skin of alabaster, smooth and youthful. Her clothing hides markings on her skin which reflect in shades of silver- a spiral pattern that spans her back, arms, and legs. This pattern is not visible unless powers are invoked. Her nails are sharp, filed to a point, and painted in shades of white, black, silver, and grey. Her canine teeth appear to be pointed, like that of a vampire. Her most striking feature is her eyes: irises are blood-red, while her sclera seem to shift in color ranging from pure white while her power is dormant, to pitch black. Even though she is said to be of great beauty, there is a predatory aura that seems to unnerve anyone to cross her path.

Tian's spider form is massive and terrifying. Her lower body shifts into a gigantic snow-white spider with silver markings reminiscent of those on her human flesh. She has eight long legs ending in points sharper than blades that extend from her abdomen. Her humanoid upper body remains, but becomes more monstrous. Her eyes are wholly black and glowing red, sometimes seeming to multiply into a cluster of glowing red orbs that stare at her prey just above a mouth full of venomous fangs.

Skills and Abilities

Weaver of Fate: Her webs are unordinary, and posses the ability to weave threads of fate. Each strand allows her to manipulate the destiny of her victim ensnared in her webs.
Silken Guise: She can use her silk to construct disguises of any person she has seen by wrapping herself in silk. It is nearly flawless, but requires time and patience. She may alter parts of her in subtle ways as well, requiring less effort.
Spider form: She may shift between human, spider, and somewhere in-between.
Frostbite venom: Tian's elemental powers stem from the cold snow. Her bite delivers a venomous frost that works through her victim's bloodstream. The flesh freezes, their senses are numbed, they are slowed. Over time, it spreads to weaken and incapacitate while draining their life force. Tian claims to have many more frost related powers, though this one is her favorite. She likes to watch them suffer slowly.

Personality

Tian is driven by an insatiable desire for youth and beauty. Hundreds of years ago, it was for survival. Now, it is for pleasure. She loves toying with victims, feeding off their fears before she consumes them. She believes young girls are like a blank canvas for her to create from. She enjoys the mourning families, or even inserting herself into such families knowing that she is wearing the stolen skin of their daughter.

Biography & Lore

She was once a human- many, many years ago. A priestess of a now forgotten goddess of death and winter. The goddess was one of great beauty, one to strive for but never to achieve. A goddess that was represented by a spider who spun webs of fate. It had not been her choice to serve the goddess, but she had been proficient enough in learning the ancient magics of the goddess. She was chosen to be a vessel, serving not only the goddess, but also her people. The cold, frozen lands she'd been forced to live in had driven her indoors- into the libraries where Tian learned of forbidden magic and the powers their goddess had tried to hide. She learned to manipulate icy threads of life and beauty. She learned the horrific truth that she could extend her own life by feeding on the lives of others, of young women who were still full of their own youthfulness.
She woke seventeen days later in a web. Surrounding her were the drained bodies of the other priestesses she had served for many years.
