Sniff Noomron
The youngest and arguably the most devious of the trio, Sniff Noomron realized early on that while Tiff Noomron liked to talk and Biff Noomron liked to wrestle, he liked to watch. Specifically, he liked to watch people walk into traps he’d spent all morning setting.
While his brothers traveled the high roads and castle courts, Sniff retreated into the rot and ruin of the Gnarled Sinks Swamp, establishing a "haven" for travelers that is anything but safe. He operates The Soggy Scale, a tavern built on stilts over a bubbling peat bog. To a weary adventurer, Sniff looks like a helpful, if eccentric, local host.
To the Noomron family business, he is the Scraper the one who sources the inventory. He lures heroes in with tales of lost hoards and ancient artifacts, handing them "maps" that lead directly into the waiting arms of his scavenger crews.
The cycle is efficient: Sniff sets the trap, the scavengers loot the bodies (or the survivors), and the choice gear is shipped off to Tiff to be refurbished and sold as high-end artifacts. Biff occasionally stops by to pick up any leftover monsters Sniff’s crews manage to net.
Appearance
Sniff is shorter and rounder than his brothers, with scales that have taken on a greenish, mossy hue from the swamp humidity. He dresses in a waistcoat of damp, dark crimson velvet stained with ale and swamp water and wears a tattered, fancy noble hat that leans precariously to the left. He is rarely seen without a long-stemmed pipe that blows bubbles rather than smoke, a distracting quirk designed to make him look harmless and jolly.

Personality
Sniff is the ultimate wolf in sheep's clothing. He projects an air of bumbling, grandmotherly hospitality, often fussing over his guests' comfort and "safety." In reality, he is cold and transactional, viewing every adventurer as a walking pile of loot. He has a high-pitched, wheezing laugh that he uses to cover the sounds of his scouts moving in the shadows behind the bar.
