Appearance
Skor'tag Spiritweaver is a tall and comparatively slim for an orc. He stands at six-foot ten-inches and weighs in at roughly two hundred lbs. His oily black hair is almost always tied into a ponytail, his facial hair cut off monthly to preserve cleanliness. One of his most notable features is the blindness in his left eye giving it a milky white colouration, no associating physical injury accompanies it and it is clear to anyone who studies magic that it was the price he neglected to pay. His other eye is a rich, dark brown and its expressions more than make up for what Skor'tag lacks in the spoken word. When his skin is not otherwise covered in cremated ashes it presents itself in a tan olive colour.

Skor'tag's attire ranges from humble cloth to various hide armours depending on the situation. He carries several sacks and small pouches most often containing regents and ingredients. He rarely wears head coverings unless the terrain he travels in calls for it.

Skills and Abilities
Skor'tag, like many orcs is well versed in the ways of tracking and hunting animals. He also spent most of his youth and adolescence studying with the shamans of his tribe who were well versed with necrotic energies and communing with ancestors. He uses this skill set often, using it to help grieving family members commune with their fallen loved ones, laying troubled spirits to rest and restoring natural order. However, this magic is more ritualistic than combative, so he instead relies on his weapons and physical strength to win fights. Although Skor'tag can take a human with ease, maybe a dwarf with mild difficulty he is less combat skilled than his orc brethren.

Personality

Skor'tag like many orcs, is stoic and gruff. At least on the outside, underneath his crude behaviour and lackluster conversational skills he wants to help those in need and provide a better, less harsh world than the one he grew up in. This is primarily why he puts spirits to rest instead of enslaving them for some sort of undead army on a delusion of power. He treats magic as a force to be respected and guided, not controlled or bent to one's will. Despite his relatively young age he is wise and calm tempered, however one should be wary not to mistake his calm demeanor for apathy. If insulted he will advise against such actions however, if one insults his clan it will most likely end in a fight if intervention is not taken.

Biography & Lore
Skor'tag was born in a nomadic tribe during their stay in the Ixchel Wilds and he grew up travelling most of Eastern, Southern, and Western Epressa with his tribe. Although not accustomed to large cities he is aware of their existence and their use to a young orc looking to prove their worth. He was taught by the tribes shamans after he showed a natural ability for necromancy. He was then taught on the various rituals such as transferring the life force from one creature to another and communing with spirits. When he became of age the tribe he had spent his life fighting with and learning from bestowed upon him his surname after showing prowess in healing an infant in the tribe, "Spiritweaver". The infant was sick and it was clear that he wouldn't make it, the shamans of the tribe normally would have assisted but they didn't have the resources to aid him so Skor'tag broke the first Law of Magic and in the process he drained the grove in which they were staying of plant life and in order to complete the ritual the sight of his left eye was taken. This is a sensitive subject for him but to honor his sacrifice the clan gave him his surname which he wears as a badge of honor. He left the tribe when he hit twenty and continued out into the world putting spirits to rest and minds at ease.
