Tideweaver Kivren are an uncommon subspecies of Kivren that is found near the Eye of Kivren in coastal and tropical regions. They look similar to regular Kivren, only their skin is a lighter shade of blue and smoother. Their diet consists of seaweed, tropical fish, and other local foods. They also have an affinity to water magic, being able to manipulate it in many forms such as heating or cooling it down, moving water from a distance, changing the direction of flowing water, being able to change the state of it (from liquid to solid, solid to gas, etc.), and can change the intensity of flowing water. Tideweaver Kivren are less hostile than other Kivren, and have a slightly easier time learning other languages and interacting with other races. They don't have a set architecture, living under large rocks in the ocean, sunken ships, and under the watery sands, although they do have a culture and produce simple pieces of art using sea jewels, animal bones, and rotting wood and are naturally skilled singers and dancers. They lived under the sea for hundreds of years, but evolved to become more social and to live closer to land to steal food from fish traps and to harvest more seaweed. Eventually, they begin to walk on land and communicate with other species. Tideweaver Kivren typically speak Kivren and Common, but can, with a lot of practice, learn other languages. They live for about two hundreds years and mature at around eighteen, and progress through life similarly to humans though at a much slower rate. They have an thin build, being slightly leaner and smaller than the average Kivren.
