Appearance

Not quite a brick shithouse, but just thereabouts, Muirse is well capable of beating bastards senseless. She has achieved this wonderful physique by, well, beating bastards senseless long enough. She can wrestle most grown men with ease, which has earned her more than a fair share of pints in taverns far and wide.

Yes, her hair is red. Only ask if the carpet matches the drapes if you want to pick your teeth from the floor. Besides the hair – which is, admittedly, an obvious feature all of its own – Muirse also bears several prominent tattoos on her skin. The most obvious among them is of course the half-moon on her forehead, which clearly marks her allegiance to Corlacht ra Garlai.

Skills and Abilities

Axe murderer
Tougher than beef jerky
Not the sharpest axe in the cart
Permanently hungover

Personality

Brash, affable, loves a good drink.
Quick to anger but just as quick to cool down, doesn't understand sarcasm at all.
Holds grudges indefinitely. Unhealthy distrust of Elves.
Dearly loves her younger brother, who lives as a smith in Bhathairk.

Biography & Lore

Kicked out at a young age because she loved picking fights with anyone and anything. Took up with a few others from the stronghold who were encouraged to leave for the same reasons – eventually they found their way to Vel Anir, which, as it turned out, loved their type.

The few others who survived the war along with her had lost the taste for it, but Muirse had only whetted her appetite. She headed north and encountered the Company of the Moon by sheer dumb luck – she'd taken the wrong turn for a roadside inn and instead ended up in their camp. It quickly became obvious they were a match made in heaven, and the warrior stuck around for good.

By the time peace was struck across the land again, Muirse had reached the rank of Captain in the Corlacht, and stayed with them even after most of the group disbanded to seek more gainful employment.
