Mongrel takes his name from when a guy called him that. He thought it was a cool word and decided to use it as his name. Has the human-equivalent intelligence of one of those dogs who look like they struggle to put a thought together: kinda smart, but has to work for it. Lives on the road to help in his goal to accumulate power and is actually quite well built due to how rugged he lives.

Is always up for a fight with an opponent of his level, and has a battle intelligence that exceeds his normal levels of wit if given time to adapt.

Beyond this, he is capable of manipulating the earth in two different, basic ways: he knows how to make spikes in the ground and can shape the earth into platforms. However, to do any of this, he must be touching the ground with his feet or hands.
