The Bastard son of a Bishop of the Radiant Church, Leon Vargas is an extremely zealous and ardent Inquisitor of the Solar Choir.

Seen originally as a scandal and inconvenience, Leon was taken from the arms of his mother just shortly after he was born. Shipped away to a monastery just outside of Torleon, Leon was raised by an extremely ardent sect of the Radiant Church.

It was here that he spent most of his life surrounded by the teachings of the Church and it's lore.

As he grew older Leon learned some small truths of his birth, though highly distorted by the Priests and Nuns that raised him. He was told that his father had been an important member of the Church killed by Heretics, and that his mother had been forced to give him up to ensure that he was safe.

Having no reason to doubt these lies, Leon grew up fully believing this story and eventually came to hold his mother and fathers beliefs incredibly close to his heart. This has made him an incredibly Zealous member of the Radiant Church itself.

At a young age Leon began to display abilities in magic, and this along with his fervent beliefs in the teachings of the Church saw him fast tracked into the deeper reaches of the organization.

Pushed and helped along by the priests of the Monastery Leon first joined the militaristic order of the Red Knights, before eventually showing exceptional skill and rising into the ranks of the Solar Choir itself. There he became one of the youngest individuals to earn the title of Inquisitor, a mark that he wears proudly.

Leon now acts as an arm of the Radiant Churches Inquisition, still living in ignorance of his true origins and the lies that have surrounded his life.
