Kerathari, Mistress of the Blue Mountain
An ancient blue dragon matriarch, Kerathari, unlike some of her kind, is an incredibly outgoing individual. She has long watched over the mortal realms in the millennia she's been alive, and has never been afraid to interfere and aid the forces of good whenever she can.
She resides within a beautifully constructed and ornate palace built into the side of the ancient Blue Mountain, a popular nesting ground for her kind. Here, she handles the day to day management of her brood, caring for the egg clutches and welcoming dignitaries from the mortal lands below.
When times of conflict occur in the mortal kingdoms, she does not hesitate to descend from her home to offer counsel and assistance to the forces of good. Be it through lending her knowledge of times long gone, or even fighting alongside mortal armies to ensure the forces of evil do not succeed.
