Kallirrhoe Aedus, Rhoe for short, was born in Fal'Addas to parents who were both half-elven. She had a happy enough childhood, but when she matured she was found to have capabilities beyond what might be considered exactly safe. These include the ability to manipulate fire and water among other things, and caused several accidents that led to her being ousted from the village for her safety and that of the citizens. Since she became a young elf-adult, she has lived at the edge of the woods and makes her living caring for nature and healing sick pets and the like.

She has a mysterious sort of personality, the kind which can, most times. keep people guessing what she is really thinking. In part, she has had to cultivate this to survive, as she has been at risk of being burned at the stake due to what others see as her crimes; magic is one thing, but fire and water manipulation can lead to deforestation or flooding.

She is also rather seductive, knowing that she is beautiful and using it to her advantage, so is rarely truly alone in the sense that she is lonely.
