Harrier Vicquemare
A former First Ranked Dreadlord and fractured image of his younger self. Harry now clings onto the Vestigare, a young detachment of the Anirian Guard.
Appearance
Tall and broad with rugged features and sunken eyes. Puts little effort into his looks and as a result, most certainly falls out of line with personal appearance standards set by the Anirian Guard.
Skills and Abilities
Though long since discharged, Harry retains the skills acquired from decades of service as a Dreadlord. He is lethal in a fight and possesses a keen intellect, though his frequent substance abuse often offsets the latter.
As a Dreadlord, he was noted to possess skills suited for detective work. Specifically, evidence-gathering, questioning, and most of all he is madly possessed by the drive to pursue leads, no matter how far-fetched or tangential. He is a tireless investigator.
Possesses powerful lightning magic.
The wings cannot be used simultaneously, but Harry has trained himself to switch between the two nigh-seamlessly.

Personality
Chaotic, unstable, but highly competent. Overall a certified cool guy, but he's pretty useless most of the time. He's tolerated by his peers because of his abilities.
Biography & Lore
Middle child of the middle-class Vicquemare family, Harry's childhood is a tale told countless times before among the Dreadlords.
He excelled in his class, which boasted a promising stock of Apprentice Dreadlords, and was one of only three to graduate. Harry's rise through the ranks was meteoric, and his downfall was even quicker. Demoted to the rank of Fourth, which was unheard of for a Dreadlord of the First, Harry remained with the dregs of his order.
After the Revolution of Vel Anir and subsequent establishment of the Republic, Harry formally transferred into the Anirian Guard and relinquished his status and titles as Dreadlord, and was immediately granted the rank of Lieutenant.
Shortly after his transfer, he was hand-selected by the Vestigare's Commander as the unit's second-in-command.
