Carl Herler is a strong, fit, and smart leader of a group of sellswords. He can fight well and has a loyal group of men under him, following him everywhere through all sorts of jobs taken. Him and his men are great fighters, both unarmed or with their axes and shields. They train rigorously and frequently in order to be strong and skilled.
